GREENVILLE -- It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stephen Austin "Big Bake" Baker, 25 of Ansonia, on March 11, 2025, at Kettering Health Dayton. Born on September 26, 1999, in Greenville, Ohio, to Joshua and Debbie (Nestor) Baker, Austin was a shining light in the lives of many. Austin was a 2018 graduate of Franklin-Monroe and MVCTC, where he studied Autobody. He worked as a mechanic, scrapmaster, and true wheeler-deeler for Aukerman's Tire and Auto in Union City, Ohio, where he found another family. His hands were always busy, whether he was working on junk cars or cruising around in his beloved truck. He had an innate talent for turning what others saw as scrap into treasures, and his vibrant personality drew everyone to him. He found happiness not just in his work, but in the simple moments spent with friends and family. Austin lived a simple, but full, life. In addition to his parents, Austin is survived by his Bonus Dad, Rodney Swabb; siblings, Cavin (Stella)
