VERSAILLES -- Michael Eugene Nisonger, 66, of Versailles, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 11th, 2024. Mike passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones after a valiant 6 year battle with cancer. He was born October 16th, 1957, in Greenville, Ohio to the late Paul and Reda (Hoggatt) Nisonger. He attended Greenville High School and graduated in 1976. Michael was married to Betsy (Lavy) Nisonger for 46 wonderful years raising four sons together. Mike dedicated much of his life to caring for and helping his family, fellow church members, and community. He took great pride in the selfless service to his four sons helping them secure a successful future for their respective families. And his greatest joy was spending any free time he had with any one of his 8 grandsons; often caught "spoiling" them with candy. Later in life, he and his wife Betsy enjoyed traveling across the country and globe to see their children and extended family members as well as camping with their grandchildr
